Manage your organisation's pins
As a business, you can create new pins to promote your business or manage your pins on EdgeGuides through your Professional Profile.
If someone has already created a pin for your business, you can request ownership of your organisation's pins if they already exist on EdgeGuides. Taking ownership of your pins enables you to improve the appearance and content of the pin and update details as they change ie: hours of business, changes to menu, etc.
Appear on the home screen
You can create a business card containing an image and a tagline about your business. These will be shown to users in several places within EdgeGuides, including the Home Screen, and the Recommendations page.
Stand out from the crowd
Promote or Feature your organisation's pins to make them stand out on the map.
Promoted pins have a distinctive pulsating appearance on the map, and will catch users attention.
Featured pins are highlighted in a rectangle box at the bottom of the map to stand out when the user is searching in that area.
Promoted Events allow you to promote small to large events on EdgeGuides to the community and beyond!
Creating a promoted event gives you a customised web landing page, enabling you to add images, event times and information.
Attendees to the event can 'check-in' to the event web landing page, and your organisation can run competitions, gather information by creating a survey for attendees and EdgeGuides will supply the data to you.
Checked-in users can get access to discount coupons for your event, which can be used to redeem discounts or other benefits.
Promoted Events can be purchased by users with active subscriptions.
Create a web landing page for your event with specific details and information relevant to your event. Attendees can check-in to your event from this page.
Competitions are a fun way to engage people! If you are wanting to gather information, this is a great way to encourage people to participate.
Choose a set of questions to ask attendees while checking in to your event. Gather information like home postcode, age range, and more!
Get access to data about your attendees. This data can be used to understand your audience better and make informed decisions.
Those checked-in to your event can access coupons. These coupons can be used to redeem discounts or other benefits.
Create a flyer for your event. You can print this flyer and distribute it to your audience, or have them posted in public places.
We charge a set-up fee of $199 for each event. Attendees are calculated as the number of users who check-in to the event.
The set-up fee includes the first 1,000 attendees. After 1,000 attendees, we charge an additional fee per attendee (checked-in user) according to the below schedule:

The balance owing for your event will be invoiced the day after your event concludes.
