Christmas themed winter attraction at Sovereign Hill. Great fun and guaranteed to give you that Christmas feeling. Have been three times and once stayed at the accommodation attached giving you unlimited access via a coded gate direct between accommodation and Sovereign Hill. Throughout the day, you wander the streets as ‘snow’ falls, enjoy pantomimes and theatre shows, Christmas-themed arts and crafts, the chance to share a photo with St Nick, and wonderful wintry treats like mulled wine and gingerbread. As the sun goes down, ever-changing projections bring Sovereign Hill’s streetscape to dazzling life, as a spectacular light show illuminates the much-loved museum into a winter wonderland, truly magical. Rug up as can be extremely chilly and suggest getting there early in the evening to secure a good vantage spot. Highly recommend to do at least once.
